- My family always comes first and I love them more than anything else. I am a total people person and I love to make friends. I have had my own mobile spa business for about 3+ years now. It has been so fun going to woman's home and teaching them about taking (ME) Time. At my spa's I also love talking and teaching about good skin care. As a former dancer and Model I learned the importance of taking good care of your skin for your whole life. After my first child I lost my self in being a mother and wife and put everyone ahead of myself. Through the years I put about put on weight and more weight. With my last I had gestational diabetes which followed me. I have now lost over 80 pounds. I have been a diabetes advocate for some time now. It brings me great joy to share my story with others and in doing so inspire them to “get up and get moving! I have been blessed to even be able to share my message at home spa's and get woman excited to take ME time not only to relax but to get exercise. :-)

This is the first time I have visited your blog. You have done a great job. I know you are into health so It's nice to see the healthy blogs also. Thank you so much for setting me up with the gifts for my aunt. She was excited about the microderm abraision kit.
